EverFor Studio Ltd., established in 2018, has grown to become one of the largest infill developers in Edmonton. We take on over 300 units annually, ranging from custom-built single-family homes valued at over a million dollars to a strong focus in recent years on build-for-rent projects, including four-plexes, five-plexes, multi-family developments, low-rise apartment buildings, and high-rise apartment buildings.
We offer comprehensive, end-to-end services, covering land acquisition, design, construction, commercial financing, leasing, and property management. Collaborating with top-tier industry professionals, we provide our clients with a seamless, worry-free, one-stop experience.
